Podiatrist Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Podiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering culturally safe podiatry services to Central Australia.
The successful candidate will work closely with the team to provide preventative, diagnostic, and therapeutic care for patients with medical and surgical conditions affecting their feet, including bone and joint disorders, muscular pathologies, and neurological and circulatory diseases.
The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Podiatry and be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Additionally, they will have experience in managing high-risk foot conditions and strong stakeholder management skills, including effective communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution.
* Essential Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Podiatry from a recognized institution.
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
The selected candidate will also need to demonstrate a strong understanding of the wider allied health workforce and the complexities of service delivery to remote Aboriginal communities. Furthermore, they must be willing to travel to and work in remote locations, including light aircraft travel, and hold a valid NT driver's license or be able to obtain one.
