We are looking for a Guest Services Agent who is ready to take on a new challenge with a local and vibrant team
The role is a Casual position as a Guest Service Agent and involves:
* Delivering excellent customer service to all guests throughout their stay
* General Front Office duties such as check-in, check-out, reservations, switchboard operation, banking reconciliation and office administration.
* Working closely with the Housekeeping Department to ensure all guests' needs are met.
* Ensuring smooth operations and security of the apartments overnight, shared weekend on-call hours.
The ideal candidate will be:
* Located within 20 minutes of Non negotiable)
* Experienced in the Hotel industry.
* Passionate about quality customer service and willing to go the extra mile.
* A reliable and motivated individual with strong organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Flexibility of working hours across a seven-day week.
* Must be computer literate. Knowledge of RMS, SiteMinder & Microsoft Office is favorable, but not essential.
* Available to start immediately
* Be willing to work across our 3 locations. Primarily in Richmond but also Brighton & Sandringham.
* Be an Australian Resident or valid unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
* Be willing to undertake a police check.
* Be fluent in speaking English.
