About the Role
As an Estimator, you'll be a key link between the customer and the repair process, ensuring every job runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Greeting and assisting customers with care and professionalism
* Preparing accurate quotes and working with insurers/work providers
* Performing vehicle arrival inspections, including damage mapping & imaging
* Coordinating parts orders for timely and cost-effective repairs
* Delivering an excellent experience from start to finish

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who brings:
* Strong technical knowledge of automotive structures and repair methods
* Experience with systems such as iBodyshop, PartsCheck, or Audanet
* A solid understanding of modern motor vehicle repair processes
* Great time management, computer literacy, and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
* The ability to stay organised in a fast-moving workshop environment
