About the role
* Develop comprehensive legal documents and prepare correspondence on commercial, compliance and regulatory matters.
* Provide expert legal guidance to staff members.
* Conduct rigorous legal research and stay informed on relevant legislation.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients.
* Support senior lawyers on complex legal matters and strategic projects.
You are an admitted lawyer with 2-4 years PAE commercial law experience, who is eager to grow in a supportive, purpose-driven legal environment.
You bring strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, a high level of attention to detail and sound problem-solving ability.
