Operate across >10 countries with huge growth ambitions for 2026 About the Role This is a first of its kind, Partnerships Manager role in Australia covering the entire APAC region. This role will focus on identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic alliances with complementary businesses including POS providers, accounting software vendors, hospitality consultants, and technology partners to generate mutual value and drive revenue growth. This role would suit anyone who may be in a BDR/SDR role and you would prefer to be in a role like this which combines relationship management but just with that little bit of extra hustle on the side. You may also come from another relationship management or partnerships role OR perhaps you even have a strong hospo background and are keen to step into the tech world! Key Responsibilities 1. Build and Scale Strategic Partnerships Identify and engage new partners that align with their growth strategy and market goals. Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key players across hospitality and technology sectors. Create joint initiatives such as co-marketing campaigns, integrations, and lead-sharing programs. Manage both referral and reseller relationships, ensuring consistent communication and accountability. 2. Strengthen Existing Relationships Deepen engagement with current partners through training, collaboration, and regular check-ins. Organise workshops and enablement sessions to keep partners informed and aligned with business objectives. Continuously analyse partnership performance and optimise strategies to enhance outcomes. 3. Support the Sales Pipeline Collaborate closely with sales teams to turn partnership-sourced leads into new customers. Ensure partners have the resources, messaging, and confidence to promote our solutions effectively. Integrate partners into the sales journey to accelerate deal cycles and improve conversion rates. Strong partner engagement and retention across the APAC ecosystem. Who You Are You’re a motivated, adaptable, and business-minded professional who thrives on building relationships and driving measurable results. It’s a plus if you have: Experience in SaaS, B2B technology, or hospitality tech partnerships. Existing connections in the hospitality, F&B, or software space. Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce and experience managing partner programs.
