* Actively managing a tidy, well-maintained and diverse commercial property portfolio including all core tasks
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords
* Coordinate maintenance and inspections with efficiency and care
* Ensure compliance and providing exceptional customer service
About you:
* Qld Certificate of Registration is essential
* Current C class driver's license is essential
* Professional, confident and positive demeanor is essential
* Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills is essential
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities is essential
* Ability to work both independently and within a supportive team is essential
* Local knowledge and/or previous real estate experience is highly regarded
* Commercial property management experience highly regarded
