**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking an accomplished Creative Director capable of shaping the creative vision and execution of all Typo product, inclusive of stationery, hardgoods, softgoods, bags and tech. In this role, you will lead and inspire a diverse team of Graphic Designers, Industrial Designers, and Trend Specialists to bring our brand and product vision to life. Reporting directly to the Head of Product at our Global Support Centre, you will foster a culture of collaboration across Trend, Design, and Buying teams, ensuring an integrated approach to creative development.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable role, demonstrating progressive responsibility in creative leadership
- Strong customer obsession, consistently placing customer needs at the forefront of creative decision-making
- Proven ability to foster and lead a collaborative culture across multidisciplinary teams
- Exceptional skills in engaging and inspiring teams, driving motivation and creativity
- Effective in influencing stakeholders at all levels, with a track record of impactful presentations
- Results-driven approach, consistently achieving and exceeding creative and business objectives
- Demonstrated innovation and creative problem-solving skills, driving continuous improvement and adaptation
- Solid business acumen and commercial curiosity, understanding market trends and their impact on creative strategies
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities, adept at managing workflows and deadlines effectively
- Strong budget management skills and a comprehensive understanding of copyright and intellectual property guidelines
