Key Responsibilities:
* Provide holistic financial advice tailored to each client's goals and situation
* Conduct client meetings, annual reviews and strategic planning sessions
* Develop advice across superannuation, retirement planning, investments, insurance and estate planning
* Ensure advice complies with regulatory and best-interest obligations
* Collaborate with paraplanners, support staff and external professional partners
* Positively contribute to a respectful, supportive team culture
About You:
* Degree-qualified Financial Adviser with FASEA-approved qualifications (or equivalent)
* 2+ years' experience in an adviser or associate adviser role
* Strong technical skills in superannuation, investments, retirement planning, Centrelink and insurance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and strong compliance discipline
* Motivated by helping clients achieve clear, meaningful financial outcomes
