We're looking for a Turf Maintenance Operator to join our high‐performing and friendly South East QLD team, operating from our Yatala depot.
About The Role
You'll play a key role in maintaining high‐quality turf areas across Brisbane and surrounding regions.
Core Tasks Include
* Fertiliser application using quad bikes and spreaders
* Aeration using tractors
* Chemical applications using Toro Multipro and quad‐mounted spray units
* Machinery operation and maintenance
Initially, you'll focus on fertilising sports fields using a quad bike and spreader, with occasional support in mowing, brush cutting, hedging, and weed control (knapsack and quad).
This role would suit someone with a farming or machinery background or Greenkeeper or golf course maintenance staff, comfortable working outdoors and operating a range of equipment.

About You
* Manual driver's licence (MR or above preferred)
* White Card essential
* Certificate III in Sports Turf Management desirable
* ACDC Licence highly regarded (Chemical Certificate required – training support available)
* Experience with machinery operation and spraying essential
* Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
