**The Opportunity**
The MDM will prospect for and win new customers within Australian, while growing and developing existing customers. The role will include some account management of a small account base and a strong focus on business development. Key to this role is building relationships with key stakeholders in the market as you look to acquire new business to achieve sales growth in all target markets. The role also includes needs to ensure we are meeting customer's needs.
**Success in this role will require**:
- Minimum three to five years' experience selling consumables
- Success in previous sales roles - understands the critical importance of the sales process and how to influence key stakeholders in the market.
- Highly developed sales skills that give you the confidence to build strong rapport with key customers.
- Highly engaged around building brand and product awareness
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability and understanding of how to create powerful emotional connections with customer's needs
- B2B experience, along with knowledge of the dealer / installer market.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills - high level of autonomy
