This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment as a Clerk, supporting the smooth operation and maintenance of our bus fleet.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing vital administrative and procurement support to the Asset Management team. This includes generating purchase requisitions, ordering parts, supplies, and stationery, as well as reconciling fuel stocks and maintaining workshop records.
Additionally, the Clerk will assist with payroll processes, resolve pay-related queries, and coordinate inspections, training sessions, and compliance activities.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who can plan, prioritise, and execute tasks under time pressures. The ideal candidate will have sound understanding of procurement processes and experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft AX or SAP.

* Able to travel between depots across the Central Coast and Hunter regions
* Familiarity with automotive workshops and/or the bus industry
