Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Take ownership of the project’s vision, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and motivated to deliver outstanding results.
- Pre-Construction Involvement: Work closely with design teams, consultants, and clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure optimal planning and value engineering.
- Delivery Excellence: Manage construction timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to achieve seamless execution.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure a collaborative and successful project environment.
- Risk Management: Identify potential challenges and implement strategies to mitigate risks while maintaining project momentum.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director in high-rise multi - residential construction.
- Strong expertise in managing projects of $100M+ value.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to manage both the big picture and the finer details.
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
- A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
