About The Opportunity As the Operations Manager, your role will be pivotal to the smooth operation, and thriving culture.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, and working closely with consulting team leaders and the admin team, the Business Manager ensures that the business runs efficiently, with a strong focus on systems, people, and performance.
This is a highly trusted leadership role central to the success of day-to-day operations.
Business management: Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the office Financial management and coordination: Managing all accounting functions and financial oversight Process and system improvement: Collaborating on projects aimed at optimising workflows, IT systems, and overall office functionality People & culture: Supporting administrative processes and fostering a positive team atmosphere Technology & software implementation: Leading the management and implementation of new software and tools Sales and marketing support: Assisting in functions that drive sales and enhance marketing efforts About You The successful candidate will have: Personal rapport, people must identify you as someone they want to work with & for Demonstrated strong commercial business acumen across day-to-day operational activities A natural attention to detail with the ability to source solutions to problems in fluid situations Tech-savvy and a life long learner, committed to your own professional excellence A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a small business environment Mid-level to advanced skills in Microsoft tools, including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Admin console Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks Qualifications in administration, business, or financial services What's in it for You?
