About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Reservations Manager to lead our dynamic Reservations team. In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive process efficiency, and ensure seamless guest interactions while collaborating with departments across the resort. Key Responsibilities Manage and support daily operations of the Reservations team Manage room inventory and booking systems (PMS, MARSHA, OXI) Ensure all VIP and group bookings are accurately handled Coach and develop team members through training and onboarding Liaise with Revenue and Sales teams to support promotions and rate programs Complete reports, rosters, timesheets, and end-of-month tasks Respond to guest enquiries via phone/email and support sales conversions Maintain compliance with WH&S and company policies What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel reservations (supervisory experience highly regarded) Strong knowledge of FIT and group bookings Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Proficient in hotel systems and Microsoft Office A team leader with a proactive and guest-focused approach Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays Why Join Us?
