Property Lawyer: Senior Associate / Special Counsel
This role will have you acting for significant Victorian developers on large‐scale property developments. You will have a fairly autonomous position with full support available when required.
We are a full‐service law firm with decades of successful operation, and this opportunity allows you to work alongside recognised and awarded Property Law experts on a full gamut of commercial property matters.
Base pay range: A$150,000.00/yr – A$230,000.00/yr.
Responsibilities
* Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and options for purchase of land, including due diligence.
* Handling planning matters at VCAT.
* Providing structuring advice and preparing and reviewing joint ventures, partnerships, shareholder, and unit holder agreements.
* Working on leasing agreements and licences of common property.
* Preparation and review of agreements and structuring development opportunities.
