**Job Description**:
As a Sales Coordinator based in Notting Hill, Melbourne, you will be responsible for the coordination of sales admin activities for the Knowledge sales team. In addition, this role is responsible for sales proposals for SGS products within the small sized client base.
Other responsibilities include:
- Materialise current sales opportunities and identify new ones to meet required revenue targets within defined areas of responsibility.
- Manage and coordinate the unattended leads for the portfolio.
- Prepare quotations and service agreements for new clients.
- Support marketing strategy and business development teams as appropriate.
- Assist with the Sales and Marketing planning and reporting.
- Maintain up to date list of all new clients.
- Maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients through regular contacts.
- Ensure all client information is kept up to date and consistent across the CRM, CertIQ and applaud+
- Provide all necessary assistance to the Knowledge Sales Team
- Liaise with technical/operations teams to ensure excellent communication channels exist to facilitate the successful handover and execution of the new business.
- Liaise with auditors and make sure KPI's for all contracts are met.
**Qualifications**:
- Experienced customer service in a service industry
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, database)
- Ability to communicate with all levels of people
- Previous sales experience
- Negotiation skills
