ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a high‐performing Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of premium global sporting event programmes across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding into diverse and emerging consumer markets, while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will lead customer‐centric sales strategies, build strong commercial partnerships, and champion premium travel and hospitality offerings. You'll also collaborate across the national sales function to support key priority programmes, including Rugby Australia.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record in driving revenue, building strong client relationships, influencing senior stakeholders, and converting new business opportunities, ideally with a passion for sport, events, or premium experiences.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

* Sales / New Business Experience: A proven track record of driving revenue growth and consistently achieving sales targets within sport, media, agency or corporate brands.
* Relationship Management: Skilled in developing and maintaining strong client relationships through in‐person meetings, consultations, and effective communication.
* Highly Motivated: A self‐starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to innovate as well as experience with prospecting and converting new business opportunities.
* Ability to Influence: Ability to relate to varying levels of decision makers from corporate CEOs to business owners.
* Communication and Presentation: Clear and persuasive communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners at all levels.
* Sports and Events: A passion for sport, racing, travel or events would be beneficial.
