About the role
We have a vacancy for a full-time Computer Network Engineer position to join our team in Wagga Wagga NSW. In this highly autonomous role you will plan, develop, deploy, support and optimise network and system services, taking responsibility for configuration management and overall operational readiness of our Client's network systems. As an MSP, we support multiple operating systems and configurations.
You will also provide troubleshooting and fault-finding services for computer and network problems.
Requirements
As a key member of out team it is essential that you are well presented and possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills, along with a technically strong skill set.
* Experience in a similar client-focused, 'hands-on' service delivery role working in cloud and on-prem Microsoft environments
* Strong troubleshooting skills and in-depth knowledge of computer hardware and related software
* Experience in installing and troubleshooting Internet technologies
* Effective oral and written communication with a history of discussing and solving issues with technical and non-technical individuals Implementation and support experience with Microsoft on-premises solutions such as Windows Server, Hyper-V, Exchange, AD, Group Policy and DNS
* Strong understanding and experience with TCP/IP, Layer 3 switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Firewall Security, Wireless solutions
* You are quick at learning and love tackling technical challenges.
Desired
In addition, it would be a distinct advantage if you have had experience in any the following:
* Cyber-security Pen-testing or management;
* Network design;
* Microsoft 365 administration;
* Have worked for a Managed Service Provider;
* Virtualisation technologies.

* As there are site visits involved in this role, a current Australian Driver's License is an essential requirement.
* Applicants must have Australian Citizenship or Residency or rights to work or be eligible for visa.
