THE POSITION:
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
Experience in a fast-paced environment, with an eagerness to learn
Comfortable flying to the site for 2 weeks on an 11-hour shift
Flying out only from Perth Airport, to support village accommodation across multiple villages in Western Australia
THE PERSON:
Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia to fully engage in all job responsibilities.
Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team, contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment.
Complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening, as well as a national police clearance.
Be prepared to work on a FIFO roster, showing adaptability and resilience in various work environments.
Able to quickly adjust to new environments, schedules, and team dynamics.
Committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive resident experience.
Hotel or FIFO Hospitality experience highly regarded.
Meticulous in performing tasks and ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the work environment.
