Our client, a leading utilities organisation are currently expanding their Faults and Emergency team and so are looking for technically savvy, friendly, and dynamic individuals that are ready to take the next step in their customer service career
**You will be**:
Delivering an exceptional experience and enjoy interacting with a diverse customer base and identify their needs.
Support the Customer Service Operators and prioritize reported faults and emergencies.
Process information pertaining to emergency and non-emergency maintenance needs requiring the dispatch of work crews to various locations.
Building strong relationships and working towards understanding the customer's needs; you will confidently coach customers through technical issues.
Working in an agile and ever-changing work environment with constant support and leadership guidance.
**Who we're looking for**:
People who have Inbound Customer Service experience within a contact centre;
Proven experience in solving problems.
Can learn and use new systems rapidly
Excellent listening skills along with a friendly personality and a genuine desire to help people;
The proven ability to meet KPI's.
As a strong communicator, you will feel comfortable responding to customer demands relating to faults and emergencies with interruptions to their water. Full training and ongoing support will be provided Attractive hourly rate Weekend shifts will accrue relevant shift allowances.
