Technology Delivery Engineer
As we open more MECCA stores, strengthen our online presence and continue to enable our customers to look and feel their best, we have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Technology Delivery Engineer to join our growing IT team at MECCA, for a Fixed Term Contract Until late May 2028.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of new technology and hardware into retail stores across Australia and New Zealand.
* Manage new store rollouts from planning requirements, liaising with vendors, and traveling interstate and overseas to ensure smooth installation.
* Work alongside the events team, managing technical requirements for events and pop‐up stores.
* Provide support to Store teams and the Service Desk by creating and maintaining documentation, managing assets, and driving process improvements.
* Participate in transformation projects, gaining exposure to modern technologies such as Microsoft Entra, AWS/Cloud migration, and SCCM across new store rollouts.
Qualifications
* Experience and knowledge of Microsoft operating systems including Windows Server and Desktop.
* Knowledge of point‐of‐sale (POS) hardware and software.
* Knowledge of MAC/IOS systems is highly regarded.
* Project Management experience.
* Problem‐solving, analytics and reporting skills.
* The ability to cope with ambiguity and work autonomously.
* A proactive approach to working independently.
* Strong communication skills to effectively convey issues and findings to the business.
