As the Project Delivery Manager, you are accountable for ensuring all projects are delivered in accordance with our Project Delivery Platform and that each project delivers its strategic objectives.
You are responsible for managing all aspects of the Project Delivery Team, including establishing project teams, maintaining core capabilities, continuous improvement, determining resource requirements, mentoring team members, monitoring the quality of outputs, and evaluating operational effectiveness.
You are accountable for the compliance of all individual projects, incorporating all aspects of successful project management including cost, schedule, risk and stakeholder engagement.
You will seek to benefit from the delivery of multiple projects as a portfolio and to achieve Verbrec's strategic business objectives, while meeting both Verbrec's and the Client's expectations.

Key Requirements
Manage the Project Delivery team to achieve financial, operational and strategic Business Plan outcomes
Accountable for compliance to the Project Delivery Platform for all projects within the portfolio
Manage the preparation and submission of proposals, in consultation with all relevant multi-discipline engineering teams, aligned to Verbrec's strategic objectives
Accountable for the performance of all projects within the portfolio
Ensure the accuracy of cost and schedule performance indicators to monitor portfolio performance, and implement measures to positively influence and control project performance
Accountable for the collation and mitigation of portfolio-level project risks
Accountable for the identification and capture of lessons learned at the portfolio level, including sharing key learnings with other Business Units
To Be Successful You Will Have
A project management background with a minimum of 15 years' experience, including more than 5 years in engineering consulting
Certificate IV in Project Management Practice
Commercial experience, including engineering services contracts
Proven ability to successfully manage projects of at least $30M in value
Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timeframes
Able to build strong relationships (internal and external)
Highly developed communication, team and interpersonal skills
Excellent time and task management skills
Ability to build and develop a team
