About the organisation
Dreamjobz is Australia's leading First Nations-led digital employment platform, designed to connect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander job seekers with employers who are committed to culturally safe, inclusive and values-aligned recruitment.
Part of the Pipeline Talent ecosystem, Dreamjobz was created to address long-standing gaps in Indigenous employment by centring culture, community and care. Our mission is clear:
"Helping Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples find the jobs they deserve with the employers who deserve them."
As Dreamjobz enters its next phase of growth, we are focused on expanding employer participation, strengthening partnerships and activating job seekers nationally.
