About the Role

This Trade Counter position involves delivering products, offering customer service to tradespeople and the general public, and performing tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse and trade counter.

* Delivering parts and products to customers using company vehicles.
* Carrying out pick packing and stock control activities.
* Maintaining a tidy and safe branch and warehouse environment.
* Providing customer service and information about products.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

* Previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service with strong communication skills.
* Maintaining shop floor displays and ensuring provided information is accurate.
* Proficiency in computer systems and willingness to learn new technology.
* Holding a clean HR driver's license and flexibility with varied shifts.
* Developing career aspirations either locally or within the network.
