In addition to NDIS supports, we provide DVA community nursing services, TAC, and WorkSafe nursing services in Victoria, supported by strong clinical governance.
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead service delivery and operations in the Albury–Wodonga region.
About the Role
The Service Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safe and person-centred service delivery, and lead local teams in line with NDIS Practice Standards and healthcare governance requirements. The role also focuses on building strong local relationships and supporting sustainable service growth.
Key Selection Criteria (Essential)
* Proven industry experience within the NDIS and/or healthcare sector
* Strong local community knowledge of the Albury–Wodonga region and established stakeholder networks
* Sound understanding of NDIS Practice Standards, quality, and safeguarding requirements
* Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills

Pay: $95,318.00 – $153,562.65 per year
