In This Role You Will
* Analyse, assess and process applications in line with approved funding criteria and tests as it relates to a client's eligibility to receive funding for legal representation at various stages of proceedings.
* Gather additional information to support and verify application details.
* Assist clients, legal practitioners and other stakeholders in relation to grants of aid.
* Maintain files including preparing file notes, submissions, data entry, regular review and finalisation.
* Assess and authorise accounts submitted by legal practitioners in line with the payment rules and audit requirements.
* Undertake a range of revenue, compliance and monitoring activities as required.
