As a professional in insurance brokerage, you will be working with a global leader in insurance, risk management, and consulting services. This role offers the opportunity to build a career whether it's within our brokerage division, benefits and HR consulting division, or corporate team.
You will coordinate new business quotes and renewals, providing high-level customer service, assisting in overall account management and debtor management, improving internal business processes and cost efficiencies.
One of your key responsibilities will be to seek opportunities to improve internal business processes and cost efficiencies, and work with the Gallagher Service Centre to ensure that processes and information are accurately prepared.
To excel in this role, you will need to keep informed of industry trends by attending internal and external training sessions, industry seminars etc.
Your strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task, excellent verbal and written communication skills, administration skills with a high attention to detail, commitment to client service excellence will make you an ideal candidate for this position.
