Our Engineering division designs and constructs manufacturing facilities, refurbishes existing facilities and designs and constructs automation plant for manufacturing plants and warehouses.
We are currently seeking an experienced qualified roofer to join our Construction team located at Mount Gambier, SA. In this position, the primary responsibilities will be to perform maintenance work, mainly roofing, and perform labouring duties to assist with property maintenance and construction of new facilities.
The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For:
1. Installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on warehouses and commercial buildings
2. Conducting inspections to assess the condition of roofs and identify any necessary repairs
3. Using a variety of tools and equipment to complete roofing projects safely and efficiently
4. Adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines while working on roofs
5. Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience and sound knowledge as a roofer is required
2. White Card
3. EWP
4. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
6. Must be able to work at heights and in various weather conditions
7. Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials
8. A valid driver's license is preferred
