Key Responsibilities
* Provide in-theatre clinical support during Foot & Ankle procedures, ensuring optimal use of Stryker products.
* Deliver in-service training and product education to surgical teams and hospital staff.
* Collaborate with Territory Managers to identify opportunities and drive product adoption.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support procedural success.
* Assist with case preparation, inventory coordination, and post-operative follow-up.
* Maintain expert-level product knowledge and stay current with clinical advancements.
About You
* Clinical background in allied health, nursing, or biomedical science preferred.
* Experience in surgical environments or orthopaedics is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
* Passion for improving healthcare and supporting surgical teams.
