RoleWe're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Officer to join the Bendigo Venues and Events technical team. 
Over a six-month period, you'll play a key role in supporting a range of technical and administrative initiatives, including:Developing procedures and guidelines to support the asset renewal processAssisting in the design and publication of intranet contentSupporting the labelling and signage of technical equipment and storage areasCreating internal templates and contributing to the audit and update of staff training recordsHelping establish systems for tracking building and equipment maintenance recordsThis role is based at The Capital, Bendigo, and will work primarily Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.About YouTo thrive in this role, you'll bring:Strong IT, administrative, organisational and time management skillsAn understanding of technical operations within live entertainment venues or similar environments; procedures, systems and safety requirements will be highly regardedA customer-focused approach with excellent written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a team environmentLearning and development opportunitiesAdditional benefits may include: generous leave entitlements, salary packaging options and a values-based organisation.
