You will:
* Lead user research to understand how people actually use systems
* Build user journeys (step-by-step maps of how someone completes a task)

* Turn complex policy and technical requirements into simple digital experiences
* Run workshops and usability testing to validate designs
* Ensure solutions meet accessibility, privacy, and security standards
* Work closely with developers, business analysts, and program teams
* Provide evidence-based recommendations
The Ideal Person
You bring:
* Strong experience in user-centred design in complex environments
* Hands-on experience with research, personas, journey mapping, and prototyping
* Ability to simplify complex policy and technical requirements
* Experience working in government or regulated environments
* Strong stakeholder engagement
* Experience with tools like Figma (or similar)
