Family Support Worker Job Description
As a Family Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to families in public and Aboriginal housing. Your role will be to assist families in maintaining their tenancy, referring them to other programs, building informal support networks, and connecting them to the community.

* You will also identify clients who may have additional needs and collaborate with senior case workers to secure appropriate referrals, resources, and information.
* An important aspect of this role is providing detailed observational reports at the end of sessions and participating in the preparation of reports during interventions for case reviews and feedback to referring agencies.
