Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of Windows computer systems and servers.
About This Role
* Install, upgrade, and manage software and hardware to ensure optimal system performance
* Resolve technical issues and provide training and mentorship to team members
* Ensure the safety and security of company data and backups
* Manage user accounts and assist in the onboarding of new users
* Analyse system performance and make recommendations for improvements
* Develop and maintain disaster recovery protocols
Key Requirements
* Technical Skills: Advanced understanding of computer systems and networks, excellent problem-solving skills, keen eye for detail, strong understanding of data protection and recovery, experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Work Rights: Hold full work rights in Australia
