As Engagement Officer, you'll play a critical role in strengthening how we listen, partner and deliver for our communities. From building genuine relationships to embedding engagement in projects, you'll work with a supportive team to create outcomes that make a real difference across our health service.

* Experience designing, delivering and evaluating stakeholder engagement in complex programs.
* Strength in relationship building, facilitation and negotiation across diverse communities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication—briefs, plans and reports that influence decisions.
* Organised and proactive—able to prioritise, work autonomously and collaborate across teams.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate study in health or project management and/or qualifications in community engagement or community development.
