Job Title: Resort Management Supervisor
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our Resort Management team as a Resort Administration Manager. This is an exciting live-in position with heavily subsidised rent, ideal for someone looking to immerse themselves in a community-focused, resort lifestyle.
About the Role:
This role involves managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the resort, working closely with the Resort Facilities Manager and acting as a vital communication link with the operational team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing daily resort operations in line with company policies and safety standards;
* Managing the resale process for homes within the resort (with commission paid for each completed sale);
* Ensuring all common areas are presented to the highest standard;
* Communicating professionally and empathetically with residents;
* Managing front office duties and general administration tasks; and
* Using company systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail;
* Excellent customer service skills and a friendly professional communication style;
* Experience in administration, ideally in a similar role;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook;
* A current driver's licence;
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
