* Effectively execute launch and growth strategies, with tailored execution plans for Odomzo and Unloxcyt.

* Utilize field insights to adapt and optimize regional tactics based on patient access and competitive dynamics.

Customer & Account Management:

* Support the team in cultivating key relationships with dermatologists, oncologists, and practice administrators.

* Ensure successful call plan execution and targeting of high-value accounts.

* Drive in-office utilization, appropriate patient identification, and ongoing product reorder cycles.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

* 5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical, oncology, or dermatology sales experience.

* 2+ years of experience managing a field sales team.
