The Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing (Managing Director), this role is responsible for building long-term, high-impact relationships across the Hunter. Your focus will be new client acquisition and gross profit growth, driven through Maxwell's proven, people-first sales process. You'll have support from marketing, operations, and finance teams, but this role demands a front-footed sales professional who loves being out in the market, not behind a desk.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Acquisition – Build relationships across the Hunter with new clients in construction, manufacturing, engineering, and related industries.
* Sales Process Execution – Use our structured consultative process to uncover needs, educate clients, build trust, and tailor solutions.
* Gross Profit Growth – Deliver new client GP that meets/exceeds targets, with uncapped commission kicking in after your book hits 3× your monthly salary.
* CRM Discipline – Use Bullhorn to maintain a sharp pipeline, keep activity visible, and track post-sale success.
Brand Representation – Live and breathe our values, especially when it comes to effort, empathy, and walking away from deals that aren't the right fit.

* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally across recruitment, apprenticeships, training, or workforce services
