We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Advisory team in Brisbane or Perth.
This role involves providing management consulting services, leveraging Hatch's engineering backbone to deliver sustainable value to clients. You will work closely with clients to develop tailor-made solutions that solve the world's toughest challenges.
Your responsibilities will include leading analytical processes for complex workstreams, finding solutions to barriers, and delivering high-quality deliverables on time. You will also contribute to proposal development, effectively lead and coach junior analysts, create engaging storylines and slides, and identify opportunities to market our work.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering or Economics or relevant business course work. You must be fluent in Mandarin and English, with 2 to 4 years of experience relevant to the role. Experience working with projects in mining & metals, energy, or infrastructure is preferred.
