Compliance and Regulatory Risk Management
Our Support Group Compliance team plays a key role in providing compliance advice on technology and cybersecurity risks, new product and business proposal reviews, incident management, risk and control self-assessments, training, and line 2 compliance monitoring and oversight over technology and cybersecurity risks globally.

Key Responsibilities
You will partner with our Technology Division and collaborate with colleagues globally, including other divisions, in particular, Operational Risk, to advise on technology and cybersecurity proposals and controls based on global regulatory posture.
You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with the business and support groups, providing advice, reviewing regulatory change gap analyses and risk assessments. In addition, you will assist in regulatory audits reviews, review of policies and standards, and contribute to various projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks and policies.
Your Skills and Experience
* Demonstrable experience in Technology/Cybersecurity risk and compliance.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse set of stakeholders at multiple levels.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Robust understanding of key technology and cybersecurity risks and drivers.
* Proven track record for delivery and experience with regulatory driven projects.

Our Risk Management Group works independently, and centrally, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring, and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk, and prudential.
