About the opportunity
As the MyChoice Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our MyChoice Studio teams across all regions.
Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, this position offers a unique chance to make a real impact in a dynamic and design-driven environment.
This is a full-time position working Tuesday to Saturday – 38 hours per week
Provide administrative support to your MyChoice Studio teams across all regions
Produce policies, procedures and MyChoice collateral within a timely manner
Complete data entry, filing and other general administrative tasks associated with the role
Collaborate and coordinate work with colleagues from different disciplines, fostering a spirit of teamwork and shared success
Deliver prompt and reliable administrative support, ensuring our teams can focus on what they do best
About you
Ability to work Tuesday – Saturday roster
Previous experience in the residential building industry and/or a background in interior design – highly regarded
Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and in person
The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines with impressive accuracy
A professional, calm, and friendly manner, even when things get busy
A genuine interest in data entry and administration, paired with the ability to carry out repetitive tasks with care and consistency
