Reception & Sales Coordinator
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Reception & Sales Administrator where you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients coming into the branch. You will provide exceptional customer service, respond to phone inquiries, and perform general administrative tasks to support the Sales and Operations teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Front Desk Operations: Greet customers, answer phones, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales and Operations teams, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
* Cash Handling: Process cash sales and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Problem Solving: Use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
* Education: Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a Certificate 3 in Business Administration or experience with Service Based Accounting software are highly desirable.
* Experience: Ideally 2-3 years of experience in an office-like environment, either in reception/administration or customer service.
* Skills: Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, and willingness to help others.
