About the Role
As the Coordinator Assets, you will oversee the management, maintenance, and lifecycle of Job Pathways' physical assets, including vehicles, properties, and equipment. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to ensure assets are procured, maintained, and disposed of efficiently and in line with organisational policies and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Management
Maintain accurate records of all physical assets, including vehicles, properties, and equipment
Coordinate procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of assets
Manage repairs and maintenance for leased and owned properties
Conduct regular audits and provide reports on asset performance and lifecycle
Manage lease agreements and contracts related to assets
Buildings, Facilities & Fleet
Oversee the management and maintenance of Job Pathways buildings and facilities
Coordinate fleet servicing, repairs, usage records, and compliance
Manage vehicle tracking systems and provide reports as required
Administer fuel card systems, including monitoring usage
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify and meet asset needs
Communicate updates on asset projects and initiatives to management
Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory:
Proven experience in asset management, procurement, or inventory control
Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience interpreting contracts, legislation, and compliance requirements
Ability to work effectively with teams across remote locations
Highly organised, with the ability to maintain control of workload and priorities while managing competing deadlines
Highly Desirable:
Experience working in a community-focused or Indigenous context
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Asset Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar
What You'll Need
Current C Class driver's licence (essential)
Willingness and ability to undertake regional travel (road and air)
National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
