What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver evidence-based assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries in ADF members
* Work closely with doctors, nurses, PTIs, and allied health professionals in a collaborative team
* Focus on injury prevention, performance, return-to-duty, and long-term wellbeing — not just pain management
* Use your clinical judgement to manage a diverse caseload across outpatient, rehab, and gym-based settings
* Conduct group therapy, hydrotherapy, and equipment-assisted programs
* Keep detailed, compliant clinical records and participate in continuous quality improvement and audits
* Stay at the cutting edge through CPD, innovation, and a strong clinical governance framework
What You’ll Need
* AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (Unrestricted)
* Minimum 2 years of recent post-grad experience in musculoskeletal or rehabilitation physiotherapy
* Current CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)
* Ongoing CPD participation aligned with AHPRA standards
* APA Membership (highly regarded)
* Australian Citizenship (required for Defence clearance)
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance

About Robertson Health Centre
Located on Wagga Wagga Barracks in Forest Hill, South-East of Wagga Wagga. Services provided include primary medical, nursing, dental, mental health, pharmaceutical and physiotherapy. Health Centre staff may be required to work across Wagga & Kapooka. Standard hours of operation are generally 0700-1600 Monday to Friday
