Job Description
* Prepare and reconcile financial statements and reports.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
* Assist with billing and claims processing for Residential Aged Care and Home Care, including invoicing and reconciliation of government subsidies and client contributions.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial operations and reporting.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Officer should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Exposure to Sage, MYOB and Xero highly desired
* A strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem‐solving skills.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Previous experience in the Aged Care industry (preferred but not essential).
