You will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support which includes communications, reporting, records management, entering timesheets into payroll system, procurement, accounts/invoices, travel support and purchasing.
How will you contribute to the team?
* Responsible for general office coordination and ensuring the induction and integration of new team members is being managed
* Ensure expenses, invoices and timesheets are processed in a timely manner
* Maintain filing systems and databases to ensure compliance to quality and management systems
* Assist in the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, reports, presentations, and/or publications relevant to the operations
* Proactively support managers, the employees and help create a team environment
What will you need?
* Previous administration experience within a construction, resources, or industry environment
* Exposure to accounts and payroll data entry
* Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
* Excellent time management skills in prioritising and planning workloads in order to meet strict timelines.
