Permanent Part Time | 26 Hours Per Week

$33.78 per hour (HS2)

About The Role

Join the Grampians Health Credentialing team as a Credentialing and CME Officer and play an important role in supporting credentialling across our organisation. This varied role combines behind-the-scenes administrative support, as well as running your own portfolio, and Medical Student program.

This role can include some days from home if preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Processing credentialling applications
* Maintaining databases and ensuring accurate data entry
* Overseeing Nursing Credentialing
* Coordinating Medical Students Summer Program
* Support the CME officer in CME claims
* Administrative support to the credentialing team

Skills & Experience

* Experienced administrator
* Highly developed and demonstrated computer skills
* Team player
* Strong communication skills
* Strong organisational, time management, and problem‐solving skills.
