Location: Alice Springs - Northern Territory
Remuneration : $115 - 129k + Super

Role
In this role you will provide professional leadership and support to front line practitioners to assist them in developing their practice, develop a culture of practice excellence and a contribute to continuous improvement. You will support practitioners both in the field and in office based training, conduct case reviews and identify themes that will contribute towards continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Degree qualification in social work, psychology or relevant community welfare fields.
* Sound knowledge of child protection standards, (NT specific is desirable but not essential)
* Commitment to continuous improvement and an ability to review complex information and develop evidence based recommendations
* Preparedness to travel in 4WD vehicles or light planes, as required, and ability to undertake travel including overnight stays as necessary.
Further info
In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $115-129k + Super (inclusive of location allowances). Relocation costs are also available for candidates.
