Job Description
Our Kairros Western Australia branch is looking to expand and we are hiring Rehabilitation Consultant contractors across the state. We are open to the following locations:
* Albany (and surrounds)
* Broome
* Geraldton
As a contractor you will:
* Work with and support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.
* Assess needs and provide effective solutions and strategies to ensure clients receive a safe return to work within their same employer or with a new employer as part of their rehabilitation and recovery.
* Perform high‐quality assessments such as worksite, vocational, functional, ergonomic, equipment, home and job analyses.
* Conduct initial assessments to identify return‐to‐work barriers.
* Provide insights and recommendations to the primary Rehabilitation Consultant to progress case outcomes.
* Liaise with insurers, employers, treating practitioners and workers where required.
* Complete accurate case notes and service documentation aligned with SLA and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
* Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic with AHPRA or ESSA registration.
* A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees.
* Willingness to travel (car and license essential).
* Proven written and verbal communication skills.
* Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service.
* A keen sense of punctuality and effective time‐management ability.
