About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts across the northern region. Your primary objective will be to execute strategic account plans, build strong relationships with clients, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs while achieving key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a strong safety culture and lead by example across all working environments.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve targets in sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain and grow a loyal customer base through needs-based selling and exceptional service.
* Build strong internal and external relationships while managing and executing call plans aligned with sales strategy.
* Provide technical support and guidance on Woodcare and decorative products.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated sales experience, preferably within the building products or home restoration industries.
* Highly consultative with a proven ability to close deals and upsell.
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
* Intermediate Excel and computer literacy; experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.
* Self-motivated, autonomous, and thriving in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
