Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 12 months of experience in aged care or related field
* Relevant competencies, including HLTHPS006 – Assist Clients with Medication and CHCCCS031 – Provide Individualised Support
* A current driver's license, comprehensively insured vehicle, first aid and CPR certification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
